Homewood, CA (2018) - In this log cabin-style home located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, we're adding wallpaper to create a beautiful new look and more texture for two bedrooms and two bathrooms where the walls were painted. There have been some serious challenges for hanging the paper (especially making tight cuts around logs and mirrors) but it looks great... and our client is very happy with the results.
Penn Valley, CA (2018) - To prepare a 1980's 2,600 square feet home for sale, we’ve completely refreshed its interior look, feel and visual impact. Unchanged for 30 years, its appearance had become tired and out-of-date. We brightened up every wall with either wallpaper or paint, re-stained cabinetry, updated most of the lighting fixtures and more.
We also provided the staging for this home which made a huge difference in its appeal to prospective buyers. Just six days after going on the market and priced at the high end of its comps, this property was in escrow at $4,000 above asking price.

Carnelian Bay, CA (2018) – In just three months, new wallpaper, fresh paint and plenty of hand-made stained trim (which we created especially for this project) helped to completely transform a run-down 1970s office building into a beautiful modern sanctuary and hospitality complex for The Center For Spiritual Living/Tahoe Truckee. (We even repainted the dreary dropped ceiling... all 96 tiles of it.)
Martis Camp/Truckee, CA (2018) - We've recently been awarded wallpapering projects for three spectacular mountain homes which are nearing completion in the Martis Camp community. This half-bath was quite challenging with tight cuts, 11-foot walls and not much room to work... but it came out beautifully.
